HOME STAGing asst / professional organizer ~ NOW HIRING!

We are seeking a personable, self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills. In this position you will be expected to assist with the entire home staging process including pulling and packing inventory for stages and returning inventory upon destaging a home. This role assists on staging day with hanging art, steaming bedding and working alongside the moving team to assemble furniture. We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and can work with a team. This position requires someone to be extremely organized.

We are looking for a team player who is driven, humble and enjoys being around people. We expect someone who is punctual, detail focused, a good listener and responsible. You will take pride in representing our company in front of our clients. This position requires lifting and moving furniture on a regular basis so you must be able to lift at least 35 lbs. It also requires the ability to stand for a long period of time. This job definitely requires stamina!

Qualifications

Experience with inventory systems is a plus but not required
Pull and pack inventory on a regular basis
Work efficiently with staging team and individually
Have reliable transportation
Commute no more than 30 minutes to Chantilly, VA
Ability to work flexible hours
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment both at properties and in the warehouse
Provide a professional appearance
Punctuality is a must
Clean driving record
Ability to drive a cargo van
Ability to lift at least 35lbs and stand for long periods of time

junior interior designer ~ Now HIRING!

We are seeking a personable, organized, self-motivated professional with interior design experience. This is a part-time on-site role located in Chantilly, Va. This person will assist with space planning, product sourcing and selections, work with vendor relationships, create renderings for client presentations, and contribute to the overall interior design process. Responsibilities include working with builder relationships for new construction as well as working with new interior design clients from consultation through installation.
